Liang Haishan: born October 1966. Senior engineer. Formerly served as director of the Plant Business Management Office for Qingdao Haier Refrigerators, head of the Quality Department for Qingdao Haier Refrigerators Co., Ltd., head of the Personnel Division at Haier Group Certification Center, general manager and general party secretary of Qingdao Haier Air Conditioning General Corp. Ltd., director and general party secretary of Haier Logistics Promotion Division, senior vice president of Haier Group and executive vice president of Haier Group. Now serves as chairperson and general manager of Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. Awarded the titles Leader Who Has Made an Outstanding Contribution to Light Industry in Shandong, Qingdao Senior Expert, Qingdao Excellent Communist Party Member and Shandong Excellent Communist Party Member under the Eleventh Five-Year Plan in 2011. Awarded the National Labor Medal, the National Leader for Excellence in IT for Light Industry Award and the Top Ten Chinese Strategic Emerging Industries Leader Award in 2012.

 

Tan Lixia: born September 1970. Formerly served as assistant director and assistant general manager of Haier Air Conditioner Electronics Import and Export Co., Ltd., director, assistant general manager and general manager of the General Affairs Department at Haier Group Headquarters for Overseas Promotion and general manager of the Hair Group Financial Management Department. Currently senior vice president and chief financial officer of Haier Group and vice chairperson of Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. Recently awarded the titles of National Outstanding Female Entrepreneur, Chinese General Accountant of the Year, Top Ten Women in Economics in China, 18th Outstanding Entrepreneur of Shandong and Top Ten Entrepreneurs of 2011.

 

Wang Xiaonan: born July 1963. Previously served as assistant general manager and administration manager, human resources director of the Chinese Region and human resources director of Northern Asia for certain multinational companies. Currently human resources director of Haier Group and director of Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. Gained global recognition for team cooperation for three consecutive years starting in 2005 and named a high performer in the organization for over eight consecutive years. Awarded the Top Ten Best Practices Award in Chinese Human Resource Management, Chinese Human Resource Management Person of the Year Award, Best Organization Change Award presented by Wolters Kluwer China, and Best HR Department of the Year Award in 2012.

 

Wu Changqi: born June 1955. Professor of Strategic Management and doctoral tutor at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Graduated from Shandong University in 1982 with a bachelor's degree in Economics. Graduated from the University of Leuven, Belgium, in 1990 with a master of business administration degree and PhD in applied economics. Formerly assistant professor and associate professor in the Department of Economics at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology (HKUST) Business School, professor and department head of the Department of Strategic Management, Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, vice president of the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University and center director for the EMBA degree program. Currently dean of the Strategic Research Institute of National High-tech Industrial Development Zones, Peking University, dean of Guanghua Cisco Leadership Institute, Peking University, director of Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd., and independent director for BYD Company Limited.

 

Peng Jianfeng: born January 1961. Professor and doctoral tutor at the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China, chairperson of the Board of Directors for the China Stone Management Consulting Group, vice president of Chinese Human Resources Development Research Association, deputy director of the Management Consulting Committee for China Enterprise Confederation and director of Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. Formerly vice president of the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China.

 

Zhou Honbo: born December 1962. Chinese-American, senior actual combat software expert in the Internet of things, middleware, and cloud computing. Former chief software expert at Tongfang, CTO and executive director of Tonggfang Technovator, senior engineer at IBM and BEA and researcher at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Awarded a PhD by the University of Zurich, Switzerland, in 1993 and an EMBA by Texas University and served as part-time professor at Beijing Jiaotong University and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Awarded the title of Zhongguancun High-End Leading Talent in 2009 and appointed a Distinguished Expert for the Beijing Municipal Government. Currently serving as general manager of Foton Zhike Information Technology Service Co., Ltd., and a director of Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd.

Liu Feng: born February 1966. Former professor at the School of Management at Sun Yat-Sen University, director of the Modern Accounting and Finance Research Center at Sun Yat-Sen University. Currently serving as professor of accounting at Xiamen University and an independent director on the eighth board of directors of Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd.

 

Xiao Peng: born May 1946. Former associate dean in the School of Law at Ocean University of China, deputy director of Qingdao Arbitration Commission, and executive director of the Shandong Provincial Law Society and Qingdao Municipal Law Society. Currently a teaching supervisor and professor at the Ocean University of China, an arbitrator for the Qingdao Arbitration Commission, a lawyer at the Haida Law Firm and an independent director on the eighth board of directors for Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd.

 

Wu Cheng: born January 1940. An expert in IT and automation and fellow at the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Graduated from Tsinghua University in 1962 and Tsinghua University with a postgraduate degree in 1966. Currently a professor in the Department of Automation at Qinghua University, a doctoral tutor, director of the National CIMS Engineering Research Center, chief scientist for the 973 program's "Real-time smart control and optimization theory in complex manufacturing processes," and an independent director on the eighth board of directors of Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. Former independent director for Sany Company and Aerospace Information Corp.

Wang Peihua: Senior political engineer. Former deputy party secretary for Haier Group's Air Conditioning, Washing Machine, and Freezer and Electrothermal Divisions and union president of Haier Group's Technical Equipment Division. Currently serves as deputy general manager and chief financial officer of Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. Ming Guozhen: Senior economist. Formerly served as a lecturer in the Department of Investment and deputy director of the Department of Economic Investment at China Institute of Finance. Also worked in the Treasury Department at China Everbright International Trust and Investment Company and served as the deputy director and director in the General Manager's Office, managing director of the Business Management Department and general manager of the Personnel Department, assistant to the general manager and executive vice president of the Everbright International Investment Consulting Company. Also served as office director for the Securities Analysts Association of China, deputy director of the Association's Qualifications Management Department and deputy director of the Association's Executive Standards Committee. Currently serves as deputy general manager and secretary of the Board of Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd.

Haier Global
