Haier Spacecraft Refrigerator: Space Journey after Hundreds times of Tests
In order to guarantee its quality, various tests have been done around the spacecraft refrigerator by quality management system in Haier. After hundreds of quality tests of 9 kinds during the 5 years of design, research and development, Haier spacecraft refrigerator has been successfully sent to the sky by spacecraft.
“Boiling water” spacecraft refrigerator
In this test, the electric control device of spacecraft refrigerator was put in the temperature of 85℃ and humidity of 85% by quality management personnel. Under this condition, Haier spacecraft refrigerator should normally work for 336 hours, which means to keep its electric control device in operation in the boiling water environment.
“Ice-to-fire” test
In this test, Haier spacecraft refrigerator should keep in operation when undergoing the high-low temperature circulation from -35℃ to 70℃. This “ice-to-fire” test guarantees its high quality.
